TopBrain Extends the CoW from TopCoW
- All CoW annotations from TopCoW are inherited in TopBrain
- TopBrain extends the CoW on the TopCoW image data
More information on the TopCoW dataset can be found in the TopCoW summary paper.
TopBrain 40+ Labels

Training and Test Sets for MICCAI Challenge
Training and test cases are from the TopCoW dataset that had a MRA and CTA joint-modality pair for each patient.
- Training set: 25 patients (both images and annotations released)
- Test set: 25 patients (from the hidden TopCoW internal test set, not released to public)
