TopBrain 2025¶

From the team behind the TopCoW challenge, we present a new challenge to segment the whole brain vessel anatomy. Previously, TopCoW focused on the the vessels from the Circle of Willis (CoW). Now TopBrain will cover all the major arteries and veins of a brain angiogram. We are very excited to release the first dataset annotating over 40 major vessel anatomies of two commonly used brain angiography modalities, and look forward to your amazing submissions!

1 Task, 2 Tracks, 40+ Vessels¶

TopBrain has one multiclass segmentation task for two separate modality tracks. Each track is for a commonly used non-invasive angiography modality: magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and computed tomography angiography (CTA). The task is to segment over 40 vessel classes on a CTA or MRA scan.
